With over a decade of experience across mental health, trauma recovery, child welfare, and education—both locally and internationally—I offer a safe, supportive space to explore emotions and lived experiences. I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as parent coaching, grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience.
